Juggling Lab is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy policy explains what information is collected when you use the Juggling Lab mobile application for iOS (the "App") and how that information is handled.

1. Information Collection and Use

Personal Information

Juggling Lab does not require user accounts, logins, or profiles. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, physical address, phone number, or precise location).

Offline Data Storage

All juggling patterns, settings, and imported JML (Juggling Markup Language) files are stored locally on your device. These files are not uploaded to any server unless you choose to share them.

Diagnostic and Crash Reporting Data

To help us improve the stability and performance of Juggling Lab, the App uses Firebase Crashlytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous diagnostic logs and crash reports.

When a crash or error occurs, the App transmits diagnostic information to Google's servers. This information includes:

Device state information at the time of the crash (e.g., device model, operating system version, and system orientation).
Crash logs and execution traces.
Juggling pattern configurations directly related to the error (to help reproduce and fix the bug).

This data is fully anonymized, is used solely to identify and fix bugs, and is not linked to your identity or used for tracking or marketing purposes.

2. Children's Privacy

Because the App does not collect any personal information, it is fully compliant with children's privacy regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data Deletion

Since we do not collect any personal data or maintain user accounts, there is no personal data stored on our servers to delete. You can delete all local application data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

4. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
